Farmers in Kandukur benefit from several Telangana Government schemes, including:

Ahead of the Kharif 2026 season, the Telangana Government began distributing certified seeds to farmers across Ranga Reddy district, including Chevella. The initiative aims to ensure timely availability of quality seeds and improve crop productivity during the monsoon season.

The Telangana Department of Horticulture has reported continued growth in horticulture across Ranga Reddy district, with 30–40% of the district’s cultivated area under horticultural crops. Farmers in Chevella are increasingly cultivating mango, vegetables, flowers, guava, sweet lime, and other high-value crops, supported by government schemes for irrigation, protected cultivation, and farmer training.
