Jagannath Swami Temple

Jagannath Swami Temple

The Shri Jagannatha Swami Temple, located on Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, is one of the city’s most renowned Hindu temples. Dedicated to Lord Jagannath, along with Lord Balabhadra and Goddess Subhadra, the temple was built by the Kalinga Cultural Trust and consecrated in 2009. It is designed as a beautiful replica of the famous Jagannath Temple in Puri, Odisha, featuring striking red sandstone architecture and an impressive 70-foot shikhara (tower).

The temple is widely known for its peaceful atmosphere, intricate stone carvings, and beautifully maintained premises. In addition to the main sanctum, the complex includes shrines dedicated to Lord Ganesha, Lord Shiva, Goddess Lakshmi, Lord Hanuman, and the Navagrahas, making it an important spiritual destination for devotees.
